I'm asking this on Spiceworks instead of a 3ds Max forum on the off chance a member has already dealt with this issue. We are having major issue with 3ds Max 2013 and BackBurner 2013. The error message from the BackBurner log is; 'Launcher: Times out executing command:'C: Program Files Autodesk 3ds Max 2013 maxadpter.adp.exe' '-o' 'ShutDown' '-l' 'Info' It always is an issue with the maxadpter that comes up in the log. We have uninstalled/reinstalled several times, cleared out profiles old profiles, tried with new user profiles, formatted the render node and controller and rebuilt from the windows 7 up, have installed every hotfix from Autodesk, and we still have the same issue.
